Community Fees

Utility fees, including Water, Sewer, Gas, and Common Area Utilities, may vary each month depending on usage and/or the square footage. These fees are subject to change at any time and may not apply to all residents.

Application Fee: $20.00 (Per Unit)
**We are billed $20 per application by our third-party screening agency to cover the screening cost for Credit Bureau report $4, National Civil Court Search $2, National Criminal Search $5.50, Rental History check $.50, and Supplemental County and statewide search $8.

Holding Deposit: $300.00 (Per Household - Applied to Administrative Fee)

Security Deposit Range: $400.00 - $1,200.00 (Per Household)

Pet Deposit (Upfront): $300.00

Pet Rent: $35.00 (Monthly Per Unit)

Damage Waiver Program: $15.00 (Monthly)

Package Services Fee: $20.00 (Annually)

Parking Fee: $7.00-$250.00 (Optional Monthly)

Detached Small Garage Rentable Item: $200.00 (Optional Monthly)

Detached Large Garage Rentable Item: $250.00 (Optional Monthly)

Transfer Fee: $750.00 (Must Qualify)

Clubhouse Rental Fee: $250.00

Late Fee: 5%
